Synopsis

Trained in applied arts and design, Uberti turned to ceramics as her primary medium, attracted by its immediacy and expressive potential. From her studio in France, she handcrafts sculptural objects and furniture pieces that combine timeless materiality with contemporary vision. Her works are now represented by galleries internationally and have been acquired by collectors who value their singular presence.

For Uberti, ceramics are not only a craft, but a language. Each curve, void and texture is a way of shaping silence and space.

  • Between art and design: her works blur boundaries, becoming at once sculpture and object.

  • Organic geometry: arches, totems, and fluid forms inspired by nature and architecture.

  • Rooted in earth: clay, in her hands, reveals strength, fragility, and infinite possibilities.

Uberti works primarily with stoneware and ceramics, which she shapes, hand-builds and fires in her studio. She often leaves surfaces raw, embracing imperfections as part of the narrative. Her palette remains natural and restrained, highlighting the honesty of the material and the purity of form.

The following pieces by Elisa Uberti are available exclusively through Soleille Gallery. Each embodies her sculptural approach to clay, bridging function and poetry.
